RETURNS INFORMATION
We take great care in preparing every order and hope you’re delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely happy, you can return any unwanted, unworn items to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Unwanted or Unsuitable Items
- We ask that you return your items unused, and in their original packaging.
- Please include your dispatch note or a copy of your order confirmation email, to enable us to process your return efficiently.
- Clearly indicate on your dispatch note whether you would like a refund or an exchange (and the size/style required if requesting an exchange).
- Securely re-package the item(s) being returned, and post to the address below. Please note that you will be responsible for the postage cost of the return. Please keep proof of postage until we have refunded/exchanged your order.
- Please ensure the correct return postage is paid for the size and weight of your package. If insufficient postage is applied, we will usually be charged a fee by the courier. In this case, we will contact you by email and provide a photo of the package, along with details of the fee we were charged. This fee will then be deducted from your refund.

We aim to process all refund and exchange requests within 3-5 working days of receipt. You will receive an email to confirm once this has been completed. Refunds will be processed via your original payment method (credit/debit card or Pay Pal). Please allow 2–3 working days for the refund to appear on your statement.
DAMAGED, FAULTY, OR INCORRECT ITEM(S)
We work hard to ensure that our customers are happy with the quality of our products, however on occasions your order may unfortunately fail to meet your expectations. If this is the case, use our Contact Form to get in touch and we will do our best to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

RETURNS FAQ'S
We want to make sure that every pair of shoes we send out is in perfect condition. Unfortunately, we’re unable to resell shoes that are returned to us dirty, marked, or showing signs of wear.
If we receive a return that is not in a resalable condition, we will contact you by email and provide a photo of the shoes showing their condition. You will then have two options: Have the shoes returned to you, in which case you will be charged for the return postage or have the shoes destroyed — please note that no refund will be issued in either case.
To help avoid this, we kindly ask that shoes are tried on indoors only, on a clean surface, and with clean feet or socks. This helps us reduce waste and maintain the high standards our customers expect.
Yes, if you have received our shoes as a gift and they're unsuitable in size or design, simply get in touch through our Contact Form, or by email [email protected], and we can arrange an exchange for you. Unfortunately, refunds can only be made with proof of purchase, to the original payment method within 30 days of purchase.
